Once your item ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email.
We care about our customers, and stand behind the products we offer.
The items we sell on CerTiffany.com are either Brand New or New that have been opened and tested to ensure quality before we offer them for sale on our site.
Regardless of the condition New/New Open Box/New No Box, we stand behind the products and offer the same return policy:
Within 7 days from the date of delivery (This is the date your package is marked as 'Delivered' to your address, not from the date of your purchase) We will accept returns and issue a CerTiffany.com merchandise credit, less shipping cost.
Buyer pays for return shipping.
For the item you may want to return: Please visit CerTiffany.com, locate your item, and click the 'Ask Seller a Question' button to message us about your return. Please reference your order number in your message so we may locate your order as quickly as possible and can issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This will allow us to locate your item and process your return as quickly as possible. Items returned without an RA# may be delayed as we would need to locate your item and may take additional time to do so.
If your item arrives to you damaged during shipping: Please first let the shipper know so they may document the damage and send us their report. Also, please send us photos in your email of the exterior and interior packaging so we have documentation of the damages. We will collect the the information and photos from you, as well as the report from the shipper to assist us in quickly processing your return.
Items damaged from misuse, intentional damage, or abuse unfortunately are not covered under our return policy and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We stand behind the products we offer and are sure that the items you select will provide you quality, but are happy to offer you this layer of assurance when purchasing from our store.
Products that are excluded from our return policy are: Prepaid GoPhone PINs, SIM cards, and AT&T GoPhone Activation Packs. These items are a final sale, and we do not offer a return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding in these items.
